New York City based Real Estate Investment company is seeking an experienced Real Estate Investment Associate. This role will provide senior management with support on acquisitions, dispositions, valuations, and asset management. Candidate will work directly with the company’s Managing Director.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze new investment opportunities and create detailed cash flow projections
• Prepare investment presentations for company management, clients, investors, and lenders
• Coordinate due diligence activities for originations and acquisitions
• Assist with special projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum five years of financial analysis or real estate investment experience, private equity banking required
• Superior financial modelling skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to create comprehensive and professional-looking reports and presentations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in real estate, finance, accounting, economics or other related business discipline

Salary:

Commensurate with experience plus performance bonus potential
