Afrobeats singer and wave of the moment, Temilade Openiyi popularly known by her stage name Tems, has sparked pregnancy rumors with her latest outing.

The Grammy award-winning artiste, who is still in New York after attending the 2023 Met Gala, stepped out in style channeling her inner Rihanna.

Tems wore rugged jeans with a sweater, which was half-zipped and showed off her stomach.

Her appearance caught the attention of many as they assumed the singer is expecting a child.

Kemi Filani reported that Tems and Burna Boy made Nigerians proud with their debut at the just concluded Met Gala.

The biggest fashion event in the world, The Met Gala returned in full force on Monday evening, May 1st, 2023, with some of the biggest names and forces in the industry from fashion, entertainment, movies, modeling, and more industry gathering at the Metropolitan Museum of Arts Costume Institute in New York City.

The Met Gala or Met Ball, which was formally called the Costume Institute Gala, is an annual fundraising gala held for the benefit of the Museum of Arts.

The Met Gala is fashion’s big night out and only the top power players in all industries are invited.

This year’s Met Gala theme was “In honor of Karl’, which was to honor the late Chanel designer, Karl Lagerfeld.

As expected top celebrities graced the event strutting the red carpet with their endearing look. From Rihanna and her lover, ASAP Rocky to Kim Kardashian, Kylie Jenner, Jennifer Lopez, Naomi Campbell, Cardi B, and more; everyone brought in their A-games.

The Afrobeats stars stunned the red carpet looking enchanting with their outfit.

Burna Boy graced the event donning a matching black and blue slightly checkered outfit and a generous cape-like extension of the same material flowing behind him.

Tems, on the other hand, wore a Custom Rober Wun dress, a black corset-like top, a flowing regal white finishing at the bottom, and elbow-length gloves.

Tems was styled by Dunsun Wright; and unlike her Oscar outfit, Tems didn’t block anyone’s view.
