Bola Tinubu, president-elect, was spotted with Nyesome Wike, Rivers governor, and Magnus Abe.
Magnus Abe, an ally of Tinubu, was the governorship candidate of the Social Democratic Party (SDP), in Rivers during the elections.
Tinubu was recently in Rivers state to inaugurate some projects completed by the state government.
